Fusing modernist abstraction with the colors and light of her native country, the Brazilian painter Beatriz Milhazes has a visual language as vibrant as it is unique. The new edition of TASCHEN’s all-encompassing monograph, expanded to include over 300 works up to 2020, is available as an art edition strictly limited to 100 numbered copies. The specially leather-bound book includes a signed and numbered silkscreen print in 78 spectacular colors, created by Milhazes from a series of intimate drawings she made working at home during lockdown times in Rio de Janeiro.
